About Stephen Baer

Hi, I'm Stephen Baer. For the last 30 years, my career has been dedicated to one simple question: What inspires people to connect, learn, and stick around? As an author, speaker, and entrepreneur, I've made it my mission to help companies build meaningful relationships with the people who matter mosttheir customers and their teams.

I'm the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Engagency, a team of behavioral experts who help businesses create loyalty from the inside out. Before launching Engagency, I co-founded and led The Game Agency, where we used the power of play to solve complex business problems.

From my early days in sales and marketing at General Electric and Atari to my work as an author of both business and children's books, my focus has always been on finding the human truth behind the technology.

I earned my BA from Oberlin College and my MBA from Columbia University, but my most important education comes from being a husband and father of three.
